Prints and products

Are the prints original?

Yes. All 26 prints are drawn for RAYLISSM. They do not reproduce other labels’ monograms, sports team crests, logos or existing fabrics. The city maps show invented cities, not real ones.

How big is a bandana?

55 × 55 cm (21.7 × 21.7 in), hemmed on all four sides. That is large enough for a full head wrap and small enough for a wrist cuff. See Size & care.

What is the fabric?

The fibre composition is printed on the sewn-in care label of each piece. If you need it confirmed before you order — for example because of an allergy — email us with the product name and we will tell you.

Do the hats and totes match the bandanas exactly?

Yes, they are cut from the same artwork. Because a hat or tote is a different size and shape, you see a different part of the print, and the scale of the motifs can differ slightly.

Is the bandana in the scarf ring and tote photos included?

No. Scarf rings and totes are sold on their own; the bandanas in those photos are sold separately. The “In the parcel” line on each product page says exactly what you receive.

Payment and currencies

Which currencies can I pay in?

US dollars (USD), euros (EUR), pounds sterling (GBP), Danish kroner (DKK), Swedish kronor (SEK), Norwegian kroner (NOK) and Swiss francs (CHF). Choose your currency with the language and currency button at the top of the page. Prices are converted from USD at fixed rates we set and round; the amount and currency shown at checkout are exactly what we charge.

Which payment methods do you accept?

The payment methods available for your order are shown at checkout before you pay. Card payments are processed by a PCI DSS-compliant payment provider over an encrypted connection; we never see or store your full card number.

What will appear on my statement?

RAYLISSM.

Do you have discount codes or sales?

No. We do not run promotions, discount codes or limited-time offers. The price shown is the price.

Are taxes included?

Hong Kong does not charge sales tax, so none is added to your order. Import taxes or duty in your country are not included in our prices — see Delivery & import charges.

Delivery

Where do you ship from, and how long does it take?

From Hong Kong. We dispatch within 1–3 business days. Standard tracked delivery takes 7–14 business days, express tracked 4–8 business days. Full details on the delivery page.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes, free of charge until we dispatch it. Email us with your order number as soon as possible.

Returns

Can I return something?

Yes. You have 30 days from delivery to return unworn, unwashed items with their labels. If you live in the EU, the UK or the EEA you also have a 14-day statutory right of withdrawal. See Returns & refunds.

Who pays for return postage?

You do, unless the item is faulty, damaged in transit or not what you ordered — then we pay.

When do I get my money back?

Within 14 days of receiving the returned items (or your proof of postage, for a statutory withdrawal), to your original payment method and in the currency you paid.
